His feast day was on the 28th. Brigid's lovely niece June sent this to Brigid.

"Bad times, hard times, this is what people keep saying; but let us live well, and times shall be good. We are the times: Such as we are, such are the times"

(St. Augustine, Sermon 30). Ever ancient, ever new. These words seem written for today.

Love that beautiful quotation from St. Augustine. We have to focus on the bounty in front of us, I believe, and then our day changes and we change.
