It's not me.

It's Tom Secunda. He's one of the four co-founders of Bloomberg L.P. and a Binghamton University grad with two degrees in math. And an active philanthropist.

Here's the story mentioning him and other wealthy Westchester residents (including Trump).

Nine Westchester residents made the list, and Rockland and Dutchess residents were also ranked.

    I noticed Secunda is one of 19 people all tied for #290 on the list, each one with 2.4 billion dollars. If there ever was a need for a tie-breaker…it’s here ! I think I can help them out. I break ties almost every week in the TLM Breakfast Coffee Mug Contest. For a reasonable fee I could show them how to do it. You start off with a number from 1-5 !
