My friend and neighbor Sue Konig gets endorsed by the Journal News to keep her seat as a Croton Trustee.

Go Sue Go!

And my picture of her is better then the Journal News one …

Our recommendations for Croton elections | lohud.com | The Journal News

In the March 18 election, we endorse Schmidt, Brennan and Konig for their record of accomplishment.

Schmidt, a chiropractor, has served on the village board for seven years, three as trustee and four as mayor. Under his leadership, the village has hired a new village manager and several new department heads, and the changes seem to have led to more efficiencies. Schmidt is running on a slate with Konig, a writer who has completed one term in office. Brennan, a steamfitter who is seeking a third term in office, rounds out the ticket. His election would maintain the board majority that has the village hall running efficiently so far.
