Former Carter and Clinton official Roger Altman on the blockade.
On CNBC where Altman is a a frequent guest. He had key roles in the Treasury Department for Carter and Clinton. He’s chairman of Evercore, an investment bank and he just turned 80, Altman had a heart transplant 24 years ago. I like him; very sensible.
