According to the CAPP Foundation\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.centesimusannus.org\/en\/institution\/history\/#:~:text=CAPP%20was%20accordingly%20established%20by,the%20activity%20of%20the%20Foundation.\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">website<\/a>, the organization, established in 1993, works to promote the Church\u2019s social doctrine and seeks new funding opportunities for the Vatican.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>**************************<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said that the Church\u2019s social doctrine aims to engage social issues and \u201cdoes not claim to possess a monopoly on truth, either in its analysis of problems or its proposal of concrete solutions. Where social questions are concerned, knowing how best to approach them is more important than providing immediate responses to why things happen or how to deal with them.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pope Leo described doctrine specifically in the context of the Church\u2019s social doctrine as being synonymous with \u201cdiscipline,\u201d \u201cscience,\u201d and \u201cknowledge,\u201d which can help respond to challenges prudently.
