(Tip &#8211; you can get it on Amazon). This cocktail is close to a sidecar. It pays to try different variations &#8211; yellow chartreuse instead of green, no bitters, only 1.5 oz cognac. We are experimenting with all variations&#8230;. but not in one evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 oz. cognac <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0.75 oz. lemon juice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0.50 oz green chartreuse (the video says 0.25 oz.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0.5 oz. demerara syrup (or simple syrup)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 dash angostura bitters<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shake and Pour! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A classy cocktail.
