But &#8230; always use Demerara syrup as per the video. Will try it and report back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Farandaville recent proportions &#8211;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 oz. rum <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/3 oz. demerara. We think this is much superior to the usual sugar cube used<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 dashes Angostura bitters or 2 dashes orange bitters. Many bitters variations are possible.  Angostura is the traditional one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can mix as above and pour on ice in an old fashioned glass &#8211; or just make it in the glass.
