Justice &#8211; eventually &#8211; wins out.&#0160;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: &#39;Arial&#39;,&#39;sans-serif&#39;; color: black;\">One hundred twenty-two years ago today the Supreme Court blew a gigantic hole through the Fourteenth Amendment by upholding \u201cseparate but equal\u201d segregation, laying the legal foundation for Jim Crow: <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Plessy_v._Ferguson\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"> https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Plessy_v._Ferguson<\/a>&#0160; It took sixty years to correct this injustice.
