Three out of four in Farandaville favored it &#8211; the thumbs down said &#8220;didn&#8217;t hit the right flavor profile.&#8221; But I liked it &#8211; very balanced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We did not use fresh orange of fresh lemon juice &#8211; I&#8217;m sure it would have been even nicer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 oz. Rittenhouse 100 rye whiskey (Rittenouse is 100 proof; I&#8217;m sure it will work with an 80 proof whiskey).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 oz lemon juice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 oz orange juice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 oz Grenadine &#8211; We use Liber &amp; Co Grenadine which is very good. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put the contents in a shaker, and shake for 20-30 seconds and pour.
