Rittenhouse 100 poof rye whiskey. Any whiskey will work of course &#8211; but one at 100 proof is best<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 oz cocchini vermouth (It&#8217;s italian)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">in mixing glass stir for 30-45 seconds with medium or large ice to dilute a bit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour and garnish with a slice of lemon.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Just delicious<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I noticed that I&#8217;d posted this a year ago.
