Dry Curacao<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 oz. lemon (fresh squeezed is best, no doubt)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/3 oz demerara syrup (instead of the 1 oz simple syrup as per the video)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We don&#8217;t rim the glass with sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shake with ice for 20-25 seconds and garnish with lemon peel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here you go.
