It&#8217;s the next height north of Breakneck Ridge, and one of my favorites. Takes about an hour, or a little less, to get to the top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here&#8217;s the view &#8211; the girl on top of the iconic dead tree is Heidi Paine. She is the daughter of our friends Mick and Jan and was visiting us in September, 2013 when the picture was taken. Last year she graduated from medical school in England. We started from the Kitchawan end and went a bit over five miles over mostly flat terrain. Nice hike. It was a one way hike &#8211; we had a car at The John Hand\/Bald Mountain parking area where we ended.
