He only threw 37&#39;2&quot;, well off his best, but the conditions were not very conducive.<\/p>\n<p>Then yesterday at the CHSAA (Catholic HS Athletic Association) Relay Carnival, he tied for first in the javelin with a 148&#39;1&quot; throw.
