But that&#39;s poor consolation.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalreview.com\/the-weekend-jolt\/?utm_source=Sailthru&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=20241026_Weekend_Jolt&amp;utm_term=Jolt-Smart\">Make America Greece again. A little over a week from now, our country will almost certainly be on an even more unsustainable budget trajectory than it already is. Even considering the inflation-fueling spender-bender over which the Biden administration presided these past four years, the fiscal effects of America\u2019s broken politics are likely to get progressively worse.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">In 2024, there is no budget-conscious candidate. Such a person is not running for president of the United States. Donald Trump and Kamala Harris care as much about the national debt \u2014 and how its servicing is <a data-testid=\"standard-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pgpf.org\/blog\/2024\/07\/any-way-you-look-at-it-interest-costs-on-the-national-debt-will-soon-be-at-an-all-time-high\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">eating up a bigger and bigger portion<\/a> of the pie \u2014 as AOC does. The election will allow one of them to keep wrecking the nation\u2019s finances in his or her own preferred style.<strong> &#0160;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The answer is always spelled i-n-f-l-a-t-i-o-n. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The real remedy is economic growth but not enough people understand that.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Haha.
