A big chore; <a href=\"http:\/\/tomfaranda.typepad.com\/folly\/2012\/09\/tim-and-tom-pr-in-the-bench-press.html\" target=\"_self\">he is strong as a bull<\/a> but only 5&#39;8&quot;, 187 lbs. And going against St. Anthony&#39;s of Long Island; whose varsity is ranked #2 in NY State. It&#39;s fair to say that they attract many of the best players on Long Island.<\/p>\n<p>So &#8212; the JV won 27-6! Great job by the Stepinac team. St. Anthony&#39;s had a HUGE offensive line. I mean huge &#8211; many of these guys 250-290 lbs (and Junior Varsity is sophomores with a few freshman; no upperclassmen). <\/p>\n<p>It&#39;s hard to imagine, but Tim was lined up against St. Anthony lineman who out-weighed him by 70 to 100 lbs &#8211; and he did fine. OK, got pushed around a few times, but never got pancaked, and frequently beat the St. Anthony&#39;s linemen with his speed. Here&#39;s a play where Tim (#40) &quot;moves the pile&quot; on a St. Anthony&#39;s running play. Stepinac is in white.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" frameborder=\"0\" height=\"315\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/5lmysVvNtdA\" width=\"420\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The big thing Stepinac had &#8211; loads of team speed on offense and defense. Here is there third touchdown &#8211; a lovely pass and catch &#8211; which came at the end of the first half and gave Stepinac a 19-6 lead.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" frameborder=\"0\" height=\"315\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ITNwuOMAgg4\" width=\"420\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>And here&#39;s the last touchdown of the game &#8211; a 71 yard run. Yup, lots of team speed. <\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" frameborder=\"0\" height=\"315\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/s3s4Vkq6LKk\" width=\"420\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>OK, they weren&#39;t great videos (but at least they were short!).
