We think that&#39;s pretty darn good for one month&#39;s effort.<\/p>\n<p>Tim&#39;s had no problems with his repaired knee, but he&#39;s nowhere near where he had been with his<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Squat_%28exercise%29\" target=\"_self\"> squat.<\/a> We&#39;ll now change the focus of his workouts a bit.
