This young guy said &quot;Excuse me sir, can I jump in and do a quick warm-up?&quot; So I said &quot;Sure go ahead&quot; and then I added &quot;I only have one more set to do.&quot; (I hate being called &quot;sir&quot;.)<\/p>\n<p>So he jumps on the bench, pumps out a quick five reps, rests a few seconds and then does another five.
