This is a book I'm sure I never would have heard of, if I didn't know the author. Fr. David Couterier is a Capuchin priest who served as a Sunday associate in my parish for several years, before moving to Baltimore where he teaches at St. Mary's Seminary. He was outstanding in his efforts in our community – a real brother of St. Francis.<\/p>\n
The is not an easy read; in fact it's quite dense, and not aimed at a general audience. But I did find it worthwhile. A very worthwhile book by the same author that is aimed at a general audience is The Four Conversions, A Spirituality of Transformation<\/strong>, Amazon.com: The Four Conversions: A Spirituality of Transformation: David B.
