Coincidentally, I had my annual (or maybe more like 18 month!) physical with my internist, Dr. Al Sheehy. <\/p>\n<p>Things were good &#8211; everything normal. Although at 162 lbs. I was eight pounds more then when I last saw him. BUT, I think some of it may be from lifting weights &#8211; the add-on is not all around my waist. <\/p>\n<p>BP 115\/75, cholesterol 168, PSA 0.4.
