My meeting with Dr. Zelenetz lasted only a few minutes. <\/p>\n
At the end of it he said "you’re doing great. … It’s been two years since your chemo… you’ve graduated. Our next appointment will be in 6 months." (Rather then every three months.) I said "great, I’ll make an appointment for a CAT scan and a date with you in six months." He said, "No, you only need a CAT scan annually." <\/p>\n
Ta Dum! <\/p>\n
After the usual "if you feel bad, or find any lumps, etc, contact us…" that was it. His nurse gave me two vaccinations to help my immune system, "we do this after two years…" and I was on my way.<\/p>\n
So as they say "Better then a kick in the, uhh, knee!"<\/p>\n
