Benedict XVI&#8217;s book, which I pre-ordered. Perfect timing by Amazon, since the English version was released today.&nbsp; In past years, I&#8217;ve read about a half dozen of the former Cardinal Ratzinger&#8217;s books.<\/p>\n<p><a onclick=\"window.open(this.href, '_blank', 'width=240,height=240,scrollbars=no,resizable=no,toolbar=no,directories=no,location=no,menubar=no,status=no,left=0,top=0'); return false\" href=\"http:\/\/tomfaranda.typepad.com\/.shared\/image.html?\/photos\/uncategorized\/2007\/05\/15\/benedicts_book.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Benedicts_book\" height=\"150\" alt=\"Benedicts_book\" src=\"https:\/\/tomfaranda.typepad.com\/folly\/images\/2007\/05\/15\/benedicts_book.jpg\" width=\"150\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>I read the foreword and the introduction this evening.
