And my blood counts were better. Which they should be, since I had shots of Neulasta (for WBC&#8217;s) and Darbepoetin (for RBC) last week. The white count with components looked very good, while my RBC count was still a little low. Hemoglobin was OK.<\/p>\n<p>So here&#8217;s the game plan. First, make a date to see the lymphoma guru Dr. Zelenetz in two months at MSK in Manhattan. I called today and October is already almost entirely booked, so will talk to his nurse tomorrow and settle on something. <\/p>\n<p>Two weeks from tomorrow I&#8217;ll have bloodwork, and get a shot of Darbepoetin forthe red counts. Then two weeks after that, I&#8217;ll see Dr. Chia at the Sloan Kettering office in Sleepy Hollow. <\/p>\n<p>I also have to make a date to see my internist, Dr. Sheehy. I told Dr. Chia &quot;I have to see Dr. Sheehy since after all of this, I don&#8217;t want to die of something else.&quot; She found that amusing. <\/p>\n<p>The gym is going well &#8211; five days last week. Two weight machine sessions and almost three and a half hours of cardio on the stationary bike and ellyptical trainer.
