The reason it’s of interest to me is because of Mark Foster – if you read the article, a handy guy to have around at the end of a game! He is the son of friends of mine going all the way back to my Jamaica days – Jan and Paul Foster. Paul was one of those natural athletes, who could make it all look easy (and not just in rugby). This is very annoying when you’re not a natural, but you’re glad he’s on your team.  I last saw Mark about ten years ago when he was 12. Now he’s 6′ and 200 pounds, good size for a wing, and he’s obviously got the speed you want in a wing. <\/p>\n

By the way, Jan was also a very good athlete in several sports, so Mark has a great genome. <\/p>\n
