We are still at zero for the cell counts and waiting for the \u201cengrafting\u201d and the counts to go up. Mouth and throat no change, still very manageable with the morphine pump.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt\"><span face=\"Times New Roman\"><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt\"><span face=\"Times New Roman\">The new attending physician \u2013 the transplant docs take two week turns making rounds on the floor and he took over from Dr. Comenzo &#8211; is Dr. Ejali. I asked him this morning why I hadn\u2019t needed any whole blood transfusions, only platelets. \u201cIt\u2019s very unusual,\u201d he said. I also asked him if the high dose chemo would eventually cause my newly returning hair to fall out (It still seems to be growing in. I have to shave every couple of days.)<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes\">&nbsp; <\/span>The nurse practitioner jumped in and said \u201cyes\u201d, but the Doc said \u201cMaybe, maybe not.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt\"><span face=\"Times New Roman\"><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt\"><span face=\"Times New Roman\">Dr. Ejali then said, \u201cThe fact that you haven\u2019t needed whole blood or had more problems, doesn\u2019t mean the chemotherapy isn\u2019t working.\u201d He said occasionally some people worry that if they are not suffering enough the chemo is not functioning!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt\"><span face=\"Times New Roman\"><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span face=\"Times New Roman\">He finished by saying \u201cYou have an unusual body.\u201d I said \u201cI\u2019ve been told that by other people.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span style=\"FONT-SIZE: 12pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt\"><span face=\"Times New Roman\"><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span face=\"Times New Roman\">I had some more cool visitors today, but haven\u2019t had a chance to download their pictures off the camera. Will get to it tomorrow.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span face=\"Times New Roman\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoBodyText\" style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span face=\"Times New Roman\">I finished <strong>1776<\/strong>.
