Did get to the gym this evening for a brief bike ride (14 minutes &#8211; just to warm up) and then did about 75% of my weights program.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span face=\"Times New Roman\"> <\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span face=\"Times New Roman\">As always, felt good after the gym.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span face=\"Times New Roman\"> <\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span face=\"Times New Roman\">Tim reminded me that he had to watch me give myself the injections Saturday morning!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span face=\"Times New Roman\"> <\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span face=\"Times New Roman\">My two boys are very different. Tim was going on this evening about buying a \u201cpaint ball jacket\u201d and \u201cpaint ball pants\u201d (Yup, we\u2019re crazy. Tim convinced us to buy him a paintball gun six months ago. He can only use it to shoot at some targets in the backyard, with our supervision. Joe enjoys it also). Presumably so he can take part in paint ball battles or competitions. Nyet. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span face=\"Times New Roman\"> <\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span face=\"Times New Roman\">Meanwhile Joe (seventh grade) tells me about a debate he had in class today.<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes\">&nbsp; <\/span>Whether industrial workers in the north were better off during the Industrial Revolution, then slaves were in the south. Hmmm. Pretty good question!
