I've posted about this lady, who is only five feet tall and doesn't weigh very much -  here – Whew girl … that's a pull up! "Girls just want to have fun." over two years ago. Well here she is again deadlifting a triple at 375 lbs. And she's almost 40 years old. YIKES!
