Our fellow reader Sweat talks about “liberal sodomists” all the time. Holy Name of Mary in Croton just paid out 750k to several young men that were abused as children .That is a lot of 10$ and 20$ bills given during Offeratory. The two priests and one deacon that did these heinous crimes never spent a day in jail. Its really a disgrace. The Catholic religion is a beautiful religion that has much to offer. Holy Name of Mary has many great programs that help the community. Unfortunately, the decades of child abuse and the subsequent cover up cast a dark shadow over that place. Parents you would crazy to send your kids anywhere near there -
Steve thanks for your comment. I do believe you have some of your facts quite wrong. But no point in my dredging them up. As far as our correspondent “Sweat”, while a quick check shows he does sometimes use the archaic term “sodomy” I don’t see where he restricts it to liberals. Sexual abuse knows no political ideology.
