A few pictures from the March for Life

Just a sample – may post more or get them over to the currently being reconstituted LifeNet blog – part of the Hudson Valley Coalition for Life.

These four young women were from Montana State University – quite a trip for them. They are staying over until Monday and since they are from Montana probably used to heavy snow (they better be!)

A shot down the hill – but it’s a different hill from Pennsylvania Avenue as the March route was moved last year and now goes up Independence Ave. – it crosses 3rd St. SW and makes a 90 degree turn to go up Independence. Which is why the line doesn’t seem as long.

Since the end of Roe, the March is a bit smaller but nevertheless tens of thousands of mostly young people.

We usually stay an extra day and go home Sunday, but with the weather we cancelled Saturday stayover and drove home yesterday.
