Yes, it was nippy out that night. Although warmer in Manhattan than it was in the ‘burbs.
Took this picture before we set out from Croton in four cars/vans with sandwiches/fruit/soup/hot chocolate/desserts along with bins of clothes/toiletries/etc, etc.
I’d forgotten that I had taken a few photos before we left, but was reminded when Brigid’s niece June emailed me from Australia, mentioning Midnight Run. Not shown, but just as important – the people who donated food and clothes.
