Today's NYCHSAA freshman/sophomore sectionals, out on Staten island.
His third throw 130', passing the Fordham Prep boy, who finished second at 117'.
Tim's previous best javelin throw at the Randall's Island meet eight days ago was 120'5". The same Fordham Prep boy came second in that one also.
Tim also made the finals in the freshman (8 lb) shot put today, and finished sixth.
