Then when she actually won, for her video and writing entry, I wrote this – My friend Noreen going to Africa with NYT's Nick Kristof; I'm taking all the credit on the theory that I encouraged people to vote for her in the online poll at the NYT. Nonsense of course, but anyway, it's all about me.
Noreen has five blog postings up at the NY Times, dating from June 18th to the 25th. She is posting from Mauritania and Niger. And there are some pictures.
