Tim will officially graduate from St. Augustine’s School next Friday (ending our 14 year relationship with the school, going back to when Joe was in pre-school).
The school tradition for the eighth grade graduates is to go into NY for a show, and then have a dinner-dance on one of the “Spirit of New York” cruise ships, going out into the NY harbor. This year they went to “How to Succeed in Business Wothout Really Trying”. Brigid went into the city with the class, and thought it was a great show, and even Tim said he enjoyed it.
I met up with them at Chelsea Piers for the boat ride and dinner.
We took lots of pictures and video and Here are two. Tim with his great friend Justin Masullo – both of them in a rather serious mood! Lots of the boys were wearing black shirts (?), again proving I know nothing about teenage fashion. Tim’s tie is pink – as I like to say, “only real men can wear pink.”
And the Statue of Liberty, as we cruised by at 9 PM. I took this with the camera on my verizon phone since Brigid was blazing away with our canon camera. Not bad for a non-blackberry/non-droid phone.
