Brigid is something special. I don’t think I’ve ever seen Carl smile before! I think that’s a great photo of both of them.

Actually Carl was quite charming at the free lunch we attended with about
100 in White Plains. $250 tickets which we were given. As I expected –
especially having seen him on Imus a couple of weeks ago – hes not the
wild-eyed angry guy portrayed in the media.

Great picture, Brigid. You bring out the best in men known for being a little gregarious and bit testy. Told Tom that Carl’s type reminded me of Fiorello LaGuardia – short in stature, rumpled in look and rugged in nature, but possessing a powerful and passionate desire to throw out the moneychangers and restore government to the people. Republican LaGuardia was more liberal than Paladino, but reform was the name of the game for “the Little Flower” as for “Crazy-as-a-fox” Carl! I, for one, hope he wins, sending Cuomo away scratching his head in wonderment. Vote on November 2, all you real New Yorkers! We need a Governor who will shake up, and not just shuffle the “fixed deck” in Albany!!!
