Archbishop Dolan visits Holy Name of Mary

This morning. We are the first Church that he has visited since being named Archbishop of New York. And of course today is Pentecost Sunday, as the Archbishop mentioned in hie homily, “the birthday of the Church.”

A wonderful day. He is personable, funny, and has the ability to connect directly with his audience, whether individually or in a group. I will post more in the next day or two; here are a few pictures –

I will post more pictures in the next day or two, when I have some time. And I’ll give a disc to Fr. Mike and Cheryl.
The secret (esp. in the age of the digital camera) is to take lots of pictures and throw out the crummy ones.

  3. Thanks for sharing those great pictures, Tom, but is there a way you can make me look a little thinner?
