Farandas were there for probably the 18th or 19th year in a row (with one year off for me due to being in Sloan Kettering – 2006).
Brigid did an interview at 6:30 this morning with the cable news channel 12 while we were picking up people in Tarrytown. The station called to say they’d meet us there.
We got in about 45 minutes ago and I am posting this brief note at 11:30pm.
You won’t read much about this in the NY papers but it was a huge rally that was more like a youth rally.
I will post the Washington Post coverage and some of our pictures over the next several days.
