Since early June I have been plagued by an annoying cough. I've had it in the past, but for some reason this time it had a different character.
I've been to my internist's three times, been on Levaquin twice, which cleared the cough up – but it came back quickly.
So I finally wised up, and at the recommendation of the internist went to see the ENT physician who I've seen in the past, Jill Zeitlin. And she made a quick diagnosis of sinusitis, in an odd place in my nasal cavity.
So today is day five of taking the antibiotic Biaxin. And it's working well, but with some annoying side effects. A little bit of nausea, and what can only be described as an "edgy" feeling.
But "you gotta take the good with the bad."
