Here are a few recent shots showing our scintillating lifestyle.
Brigid’s new Apple computer – a Macbook Pro, with the new Leopard operating system. BUT, she insisted on setting it up in our bedroom, instead of the home office room we have with the PC, or any of a few other available places. Consequently, and predictably, we have Joe and Tim constantly hanging around trying to use it.

Now here’s more excitement! Last week and into this week, a tree-trimming company, probably with a contract with Consolidated Edison, has been all over Croton. They have very cool-looking trucks with long cherry-picker booms. Here’s some pix of them outside our house, as they prepare to move their truck, so we can get out of the driveway. (The travails of suburbia!)

And a couple of pictures of Tim on Sunday playing on the fifth grade St. Augustine’s basketball team. They lost a close one, 21-20. Tim had three points, but had a shot roll around the rim and fall out, with four seconds left, that would have won the game.

It’s tough to get good action shots in these gyms, just not enough light.

So there you have it. Reduced to taking still pictures of computers, and outdoor shots of trucks in the neighborhood. Maybe I need to get a life?
