Day 20 – noontime – YIPPEE – we are outta here!

I have been discharged!

IV catheter is out – and for first time in 19 days I can walk around without towing the rolling IV stand, which I was attached to by about a four foot tether (the IV tubes). What a relief.

As soon as Brigid gets here, I’ll get the disharge papers and be gone. Hope to be back in Croton in time for Brigid to get to Tim’s 4 o’clock basketball game

  3. Hi Tom!
Congrats on getting discharged yesterday! I’ve been thinking a lot about you, and my prayers have been there as well… Timmy is looking really good on the courts! He had 2 very good games yesterday: took down some good rebounds, took some nice shots, and generally looked like he’s “getting it”. (can’t say that about all of them though…). Anyway, just wanted to let you know that I’ve been reading your blog as often as I can and keeping you in my prayers daily.
Hope to see you around soon, kelly
