The fatigue pattern from RICE session #2 is very close to what it was for RICE #1. Here’s what I posted 72 hours after RICE #1 Tom Faranda’s Folly: Nap time.
The pattern is very similar. This morning I worked out of the house for a couple of hours, and went to the office for an hour in the late afternoon. Otherwise I took it easy. No gym today. After the first RICE session I started to perk up around day seven, so I expect it will be about the same this time. Will try and get something done in the gym tomorrow.
I am not having any trouble giving myself the injections of Filgrastim (Neupogen). My soon-to-be nine year old, Tim, is dying to watch me do it. He’ll have to wait ’til the weekend to see!
hi tommy,
Get back in the gym!
And of course, back to work–get out their and protect some nest eggs!
I hope you’re feeling ok ol friend…

Thanks for your note!
Will have some business headed your way in the next 30-60 days. No blockbusters – just some singles and doubles.
Tom:
You are in my thoughts and prayers. Glad you won’t be hospitalized for Christmas. I enjoy reading your postings and knowing what a positive attitude you have about all of this.
Hang in there
