I’m pretty sure the last time I was in the gym with Tim was pre-pandemic. But Wednesday evening we were both there and lucky to get the only two benches in the gym.
For point of reference – here is some Tim lifting in high school which I posted on the ninth – Tim’s birthday today!
Just to prove I was there – my barbell has 145 lbs and I did three reps – and proud of it! I went up to 155 and did two singles at that weight.

Tim – pause at the bottom – 245 lbs, a weight he can do multiple reps on – he did 6 or 8.

And Boom – up and a pause at the top. I should have videoed this. Pauses at top and bottom – his form is perfect.
