I posted this about Kateri Tekawitha two years ago.  Saint Kateri Tekawitha -  the miracle that led to her canonization which was pretty amazing.

Below is something that was posted yesterday on Aleteia – the same last words of St. Mother Teresa. Brigid and I have been a couple of times to Auriesville in upstate NY, where she was born.

How St. Kateri’s final words summarize her beautiful faith

    Saint Kateri Tekawitha was truly great, but one would be greatly remiss not to note that yesterday was also the Feast Day of “the Seraphic Doctor”, St. Bonaveture, and St. Francis Solano; 2 members of the Franciscan Order. They should’ve been noted in addition to St. Kateri, lest we risk offending the sensibilities of our beloved Fr. Fidelis M.!
