Recently re-discovered by Farandaville – the excellent walk/hikes in the Rockefeller Park Preserve, Sleepy Hollow/Mt. Pleasant

Yes pretty cool. We are going back this (Saturday 4/9) morning.

Here’s a general map of the areas. I’ve embedded it below.  On the left I wrote in Phelps Hospital and north of that, Rockwood Hall. The Hall has the foundation remnants of a vast 204 room William Rockefeller mansion. Wonderful views of the Hudson.

Anyway we are enjoying the walks, along wide, clear paths – very easy paths, with some up and down.
