Friday cockteil – The Greenpoint

OK this is a reprise of The Greenpoint – I posted it May 16th. Repeating it because we love it!

Farandaville recipe

Pretty much as above.

We use Sazerac rye whiskey – spicy (and good price!).

Any red vermouth.

Make sure you use Yellow Chartreuse – currently available in Croton’s Van Wick liqueur store. Don’t substitute the Green Chartreuse – the flavor profile would be too sharper and chartreuse forward.
