I posted the Sidecar back in September, 2024 and the guy here is doing the classic Sidecar. BUT below is Brigid’s recipe for the delicious Celebration Sidecar.
Farandaville – Brigid recipe
2 oz. cognac (VS level is fine; no need for the expensive VSOP)
3/8 to 1/2 oz. Orange liqueur.
3/8 to 1/2 oz Cherry liqueur. Any good one but Luxardo Maraschino is wonderful.
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice.
Shaken and pour – add a cherry!
