2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Maraschino liqueur
1/4 oz Crème de Violette
3/4 oz Fresh Lemon juice
It’s a shaken cocktail – for 15-20 seconds and cherry is optional and recommended
The Royal Aviation – make the drink as above, then pour into a large coupe and add about three ounces of prosecco or any sparkling wine.
