Nothing to say about #3 the Coyote – never had it and looks too complicated.
#1, the Gin Rickey is refreshing and it can also be done as a Bourbon Rickey, Whiskey Rickey, Rum Rickey, etc.
#2 the Gold Rush – a favorite at Farandaville! We make it on the rocks in the glass and usually use 2 oz. of bourbon instead of 1 and a half. And just store bought honey syrup – too much trouble to make our own. If you substitute gin for bourbon it’s called a Bee’s Knees. Substitute rum and you have a variation of the Beehive cocktail
