Friday cocktail – The Compari Spritz

The more bitter cousin of the Aperol spritz; very popular in Italy. The basic recipe – and then below the video a Faranda variation.

I liked it but the vote from the distaff set made it a 50/50 standoff.

In a highball glass, lots of ice and

2 oz. Compari

3 oz. Rose Wine

1 oz or so of club soda.

And give it a little stir. Very easy.
