I think they’re second cousins – I have trouble figuring that stuff out….

Yesterday – Saturday May 3rd – was Alex’ last day with us. Here’s Alex on Sugarloaf Up Sugarloaf Mountain with Alex Powell last Monday .

So – I dragged him out to Tim’s track meet in Somers, NY. And here they are, after the shot put competition, in which Tim came 6th out of 54 – and the highest ranking junior. I had to get Alex back to Croton to catch the train into Manhattan and to the Carey bus for JFK after this, so he missed the javelin competition. Tim did well in that competition, coming 5th in a very tough field of 29. And again, the highest ranking junior. More on the meet in another posting.
