UPDATE: Wow what an amazing race. The winner by a nose. And I’m not even a horse race fan.
Just posting this a few minutes before the race goes off – and I have no idea who the horsey’s are.
And they are really good! Half cup of Bourbon(!) and half cup (correction – quarter cup) of some simple syrup concoction with the minty stuff. Made be Brigid. Delicious.
