Dr. Kewalramani appointment tomorrow. We’ll see what the bloodwork shows.
I am feeling better week to week, but still far from 100%.
I actually managed to put together the exercise bench (Sunday night) which I thought was a bargain and then discovered needed assembly. Tom Faranda’s Folly: 14 days post hospitalization Very proud of myself, took less than an hour. I was home alone as the rest of the family was in Washington.
So Monday I finally moved beyond daily walks and started working with dumbbells in the basement. I had thought the workout would take me about 25-27 minutes (not including stretching) and it actually took 36 minutes. At times I was really puffed. Tonight though, it only took about 31 minutes, although I used less weight for one of the exercises (lunges).
Tim participated tonight – for nine years old he is really strong!
